As an author, I know all too well the struggles of promoting and marketing our work. It can be grueling work, and sometimes down right frustrating. But the joy and rewards of sharing what we do as an artist is well worth the effort!
I came across this on Facebook this morning, and I think it explains things quite well. Remember, artists of all kinds do what they do because they are sharing a piece of their heart. You can show appreciation for what they do by helping to spread the word about their work, give reviews, and of course, buying their creations.
